Product description:2X PCR Taq Mix is a 2X concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, PCR enhancer and all the components required for PCR, except DNA template and primers. The Mix can significantly enhance the PCR amplification Sensitivity and specificity.The pre-mixed formulation saves time and reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps required for PCR set up.
The amplified PCR products can be directly applied to T/A cloning. The Mix can amplify fragment up to 5kb with low GC and also can amplify GC-rich template (more than 80%).The MasterMix contains a dye and precipitant to facilitate gel loading.
