Product description:Energy Fields LSA is a specially formulated combination of linseed (flaxseed) sunflower seed and almond which is made into a ground meal using an air cooled slow grinding process, taking care not to destroy the integrity of the grain. At Energy Fields we use the highest quality ingredients and source our linseed from Australian growers. This means, the linseed in our LSA has not been heat or chemically treated, and therefore, the essential fatty acids of Omega 3 6 & 9 have not been affected. LSA is used to cleanse and detox the liver which plays a very important role in the body.
