(lit.).It is easily soluble in water,slightly soluble in alcohol ,insoluble in ether.It is used for food addictives,food additives, electroplating complexing agent, water stabilizer, color printing and dyeing industry agents and iron and steel surface treatment .It is used as well as in pharmaceutical industry,nutritional supplements, chelating agents and  yeast foodstuff.This product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place .It should be kept away from wet as well.
