Product Description:After ingestion there is an extensive metabolism of Tartrazine in the intestinal microflora to sulfanilic acid and aminopyrazalone (which may be subsequently cleaved to sulfanilic acid and α-amino-β-ketobutyric acid fragments with the latter further destruction through the intermediary metabolism of vydeleniemdvuokis carbon). Both of sulfanilic aminopyrazalone acid and can be absorbed to a greater extent than Tartrazine.
