Colorless or light yellow liquid. Stabilized with 0.05 percent to 0.09 percent BHT.Uvinul MC 80, a UV-B absorber, is a constituent of virtually every sunscreen. The cinnamic acid ester Uvinul MC 80 is conventionally obtained by condensation of anisaldehyde and methyl acetate.
